Role Summary: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Turin Italy. The Talent Acquisition Partner demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Partner will:
• Manage the overall staffing and recruiting process for the Avio Aero - GE Aviation business in Italy • Be a Business Partner: Partner with Human Resources (HR) Managers and Hiring Managers on short- and long-term staffing plans, develop and execute on cost-effective best practices and processes, and liaison with on-site staffing resources • Support the Manager, Organization and Staffing, Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers on all staffing related issues • Lead active search for strategic profiles and remain close to business Leaders • Develop and implement recruiting solutions, and proactively identify and facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies • Develop and manage staffing related metrics • Ensure that all staffing efforts are in compliance with GE company and business policies and data privacy regulations • Employer branding: lead the candidate experience
Qualifications/Requirements: • Master’s degree from an accredited university or college • Significant Talent Acquisition Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, ideally global environment or HR experience with major operational recruitment responsibilities • Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time • Confident with digital tools and media • Proactive and self-starter • Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all-across the organization • EU Work/Stay Permit • Fluent in Italian and English • Knowledge of Italian culture and labor market • Proactive attitude and excellent presentation and organization skills • Strong customer mind-set • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Characteristics: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred • Prior experience in a corporate recruiting role with demonstrated responsibility for end-to-end staffing processes or experience in an executive search firm environment is preferred
