Role Summary: The Product Line Finance Operations Leader will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role, you will help with the Sensor Solutions start-up.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Product Line Finance Operations Leader, you will:
Support the product line leader in ensuring that the business conforms to Finance processes and utilizes the correct Finance tools
Maintain overall cost control of the Sensor Solutions product line
Ensure that new programs are successfully executed on time and on budget
Manage financial and legal transactions both internally between GE/BHGE entities, and externally through customers and customer funding
Support growth initiatives and identification of new market opportunities
Understand competitor positioning and strategies so we can grow/defend our share
Understand industry trends and how we can take advantage/protect our share
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years of experience in a business finance role
Ability to work with remote cross- functional and cross-cultural teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work and a fast work pace
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and plan to meet deadlines
Experience in new product introductions
