our plants located in Taft and Bakersfield, CA. The Maintenance Engineer
will drive equipment reliability and standardization site-wide while also
spearheading projects to support the long-term viability of the facility. As a

employees who perform maintenance and install equipment used in chemical
reinforces, and oversees health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance of

knowledge of piping specifications and ability to craft engineering standards.

degree in Engineering
years working experience in maintenance or reliability.
years of experience in a manufacturing facility
of PSM Processes and Industrial HSE Standards
track record in diagnosis, prognostics, and condition based maintenance.
ability to influence organization to implement changes.
motivated, self-starter capable of achieving results with minimal direction.
be able to work outdoors in inclement weather.
be able to climb stairs and internally inspect equipment, ie. Columns, vessels,

experience in a chemical manufacturing facility specifically with rotating
