Role Summary:
Account Leader with proven ability to lead account strategy within GENIUSLINK client accounts. Defines account penetration and renewal strategy that is aligned with the business & leads all GENIUSLINK account leadership activities to achieve operating plan, via direct & indirect resourcing options.
Primary client point of contact for the execution of program deliverables. Scope and secure delivery of vendor and independent contractor project deliverables as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client account penetration and renewal strategy - including target stakeholder strategies. Understand & analyze client organization dynamics & competition to develop business opportunities. Provide ongoing feedback to management & marketing.
  • Conduct client opportunity analysis including strategic, financial, operational and competitive assessment to determine total available market opportunity within client account.
  • Develop and execute new stakeholder development and sales within existing accounts; and existing account renewal sales.
  • Manage client program budgets, invoicing, purchase orders, forecasting
  • Develop scope for and ensure delivery of customer program deliverables, engage vendor resources as needed, coordinate with GE enabling service resources as needed. Manage compliance with customer and vendor contract requirements
  • Pipeline, portfolio and budget reporting
    8. Follow GE policies, procedures & operating mechanisms. Ensure knowledge of compliance of integrity & company policies.
  • Support digitization efforts through implementation & routine usage of business planning, forecasting tools.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer/account management

Desired Characteristics:
  • Background in open innovation or crowdsourcing
    Demonstrated ability to deliver and analyse program return on investment
  • Demonstrated experience in effective budget management
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Proven project management and analytic expertise
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
