Role Summary:
Senior Sales Leader with proven ability to lead drives sales strategy across GENIUSLINK business and optimizes resources to cover market potential. Defines go-to-market strategy that is aligned with the business & leads all GENIUSLINK sales activities to achieve operating plan, via direct & indirect channels.
Primary customer point of contact. Scope and secure delivery of independent contractor project deliverables as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute “Go to Market” strategy - including target markets, personas and segmentation strategies. Understand & analyse market dynamics & competition to develop business opportunities. Provide on-going feedback to process/business & marketing.
  • Generate external customer leads
  • Conduct external customer cold calls
  • Create a portfolio of external C-suite customers
  • Achieve all GENIUSLINK services sales objectives: orders, revenue, & contribution margin, together with customer satisfaction & retention while staying within allocated base cost budget
  • Act as a primary customer point of contact and represent One GE in case of multi modality projects & cross-P&L business events & ultimately accountable for issue resolution
  • In conjunction with Account Leadership team, actively identify & drive boundary less selling opportunities. Promote service offerings, identify & escalate commercial service needs. Manage within organization matrix to optimize coordination & use of company and vendor resources.
  • Participate in creation of annual sales plan & forecast & execute plans to meet it through strategic account planning.
  • Develop & implement sales strategy. Set sales targets.
  • Facilitate effective communication & trustful collaboration. Drive global commercial operating mechanisms.
  • Know Key Opinion Leaders in target market segment areas; manage professional relations with government & administrative bodies
  • In cooperation with modality & marketing teams, drive One GE marketing events
  • Follow GE policies, procedures & operating mechanisms. Ensure knowledge of compliance of integrity & company policies
  • Support digitization efforts through implementation & routine usage of business planning, forecasting tools

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or a minimum 8 years’ experience in front-line sales/commercial roles

Desired Characteristics:
Proven track record of selling to external C-suite customers
Proven ability to lead delivery of fluid teams including but not limited to GE, also including vendor and customer
