Role Summary: Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for supporting end-to-end fleet operational process, maintain daily relationship with the fleet vendors and internal stakeholders, manage driver experience, enforce vehicle policy, handle exceptions, validate of vehicle and fuel card eligibility, maintain fleet database
Single point of contact for the country managers and local stuff of fleet vendors
Support smooth payment process in cooperation with Buy Desk, Buy-to-Pay (B2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) teams
Coordinate issue resolution activities between fleet vendor and GE Businesses
Conduct analytics and reports to internal stakeholders and management
