Role Summary: The Business Intelligence Solutions Specialist will be responsible for working closely with the customer to install and customize the Centricity Business and Centricity EMR BI application, and to produce the highest level of satisfaction with GE's most strategic customers.
Work with the customer to understand their financial and clinical challenges, as well as their Business Intelligence needs.
Lead reporting design and training sessions with the customer during the install phase.
Implement desired customizations, objects, reports, and web dashboards using the third party BI tool, Precision BI
Work with the software development team to improve the install process and assist with product architecture decisions.
Work with the support team to provide technical expertise, and problem resolution for escalated customer issues.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to shape product strategy, demo the software to potential customers, and drive order generation.
Build relationships with BI customers and generate post install consulting opportunities to optimize reporting and analytics.
Independently drive discussion around Centricity Business, Performance based metrics, and how to solve a customer’s financial challenges.
Lead special projects such as engaging with customers through social business software (Jive).
Develop and maintain working familiarity with Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety requirements and/or other applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage vendor service delivery processes in compliance with GE Healthcare policies ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and intimacy.
Maintain strict adherence to General Electric’s Spirit and Letter Policies
Bachelor’s degree and 3 -5 years of experience in software services, or equivalent (defined as: High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years progressive experience in software services).

Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques used in Business Intelligence design and development.
Experience building reports, objects, web dashboards with BI tools such as Precision BI, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.
Experience analyzing business requirements, designing reports and application functions, and presenting to customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to translate metrics into actions as it pertains to the CB product portfolio
Ability to create and sustain client relationships at the Director to C-Suite levels.
Ability to work on a cross functional team.
Ability to provide time/effort estimates for the build of a new feature/enhancement.
Ability to manage workload to complete assignments/projects on time.
Highly effective working in a fast-paced, team environment with shifting priorities. Professionalism and flexibility are a must.
Experience with SQL Server – administration, T-SQL
Prior consulting experience
Demonstrated experience making process improvements and providing excellent customer service
Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry
Experience with leading cross functional teams to achieve business goals
