Role Summary:
The Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager will work will work collaboratively with all levels of business stakeholders to define and implement automation solutions that optimize business performance and drive productivity through an organization. The Sr. Staff Technical Program managers are the face of the IPA organization to our functional counterparts and are responsible for maximizing the potential of the Intelligent Process Automation group.

Essential Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities of the
Sr. Staff Technical Program manager will be to proactively engage functional
business experts to identify and define business problems that can be addressed
through intelligent process automation, define the technical solution, collect
core functional requirements and manage a small group of developers to execute
timely completion of IPA projects.



As a Sr. Staff Technical Program,
you will guide multiple projects (~20/year) through a tollgate process to
validate cost/ benefit calculations and partner with the RPA development COE to
execute on the development of these solutions. This individual will act as the
local expert on Intelligent Process Automation while also driving global
initiatives and strategy.



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Thought leader and visionary to
    the future direction of intelligent process automation.
  • Work collaboratively with all
    levels of business stakeholders to design and implement automation strategy to
    drive business efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the business
    stakeholders, development team, and run team to create robust, innovate
    solutions.
  • Local manager for development team.
  • Project management
    responsibilities, including client communication, team management, execution of
    projects, prioritization, scheduling, productivity evaluation, and presentation
    of deliverables.
  • Assesses, recommends, and executes
    initiatives utilizing emerging technologies in the RPA space, delivering new
    capabilities and driving value attainment for business users and end customers.



Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer
    Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 5 years of
    professional experience in IT along with established leadership across the
    discipline and function



Eligibility Requirements:



  • Legal authorization to work in the
    U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or
    in the future, for this job.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
  • Must be willing to work out of an
    office located in Van Buren Township, Michigan.

    effective presentations and educate at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with one or more scripting/coding languages like
    Python, JavaScript, Java and C#/VB.NET etc
  • Ability to reason through complex situations with strength
    in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Technical depth across ERPs, systems, data disciplines,
    and/or desktop and web application development technologies
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, deadline driven
    environment
  • Advanced skill with Excel/pivot tables and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership
    with strong abilities in relationship management
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivery
  • Nimble, creative, and can-do approach to solving hard
    problems and overcoming obstacles
  • Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional relationship
    building and influencing skills; ability to effectively partner with all levels
    of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and businesses
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple
    large, cross functional projects in a matrixed
