Role Summary: The role will overall own support & maintenance of Salesforce system and all its related-modules. This including but not limited to systems enhancements, testing & validations, configurations, daily escalations, & training. He/she will also be responsible in ensuring that all processes are adherent and aligned to business visions & strategies.
Essential Responsibilities: Drive all enhancements as required by the business by collaborating & partnering with all systems & function owners; liaise with all local, regional or global teams ensuring all enhancements are validated & testedDefine structure of communications to proactively keep all stakeholders updated on status or updates of all system-related initiatives and projects.•Support daily system-related escalations from all stake-holders, ensure all concerns are addressed or escalated as per business SLA.•Lead any business projects or initiative impacting SFDC including testing, validation & process- mapping.•Build, maintain or monitor dashboards and drive actions as per KPI•Define & structure all SFDC-related processes & guidelines and conduct training as per requirement.•Collaborate with all stakeholders to proactively identify issues and pain points and drive solutions and actions.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree on any business, marketing or IT related field with at least 2-3 years experience •Prior Salesforce experience is highly preferred•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and can work under stress & time bounded environment •Successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvements; able to quickly grasp new ideas.•Advance skills on Microsoft applications•Ability to structure internal & external presentations
