Role Summary: Working as part of a North European sales team, the territory sales account manager is responsible in the assigned territory (Southern England & Wales), for the generation and management of an order opportunity pipeline for the Druck range of Test & Calibration and industrial sensor products.
Within the territory through customer visits, social selling and research, identify customer application opportunities for the Druck range of test & calibration hardware and software product, the services product and the industrial pressure sensor product range.
Generate an orders opportunity pipeline from direct customers and manage to closure through the companies CRM
Work with the regional channel partner (distributor) manager to meet in territory sales targets
Provide when requested order estimates and associated reporting.
Meet territory revenue targets and manage customer satisfaction
Based from home with travel averaging 70% of the working time and nights away when required
Technical qualification in Engineering or science based discipline or significant experience in a technical sales position
Proven experience in sales and instrumentation
Knowledge of pressure measurement, pressure sensors and calibration in the “process market”
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently to demanding deadlines
Fluent English with good communication skills and ability to create presentations
