Essential Responsibilities: 1. Working with cross functions in post market, like technical support, hot issue solution, regulations change, product improvement, etc 2. Handling field issues solution, giving technical support with analysis skills to solve technical problems to close field issues or customer complaint timely. 3. Leading and executing the root cause analysis, investigation on technical issue or failed parts, identify improvement opportunity as preventive and corrective solution for product design, serviceability, manufacturing, etc. Summarizing the guidance for next support 4. Working with service design and technical publication functions for better deliverables 5. Leveraging post market data to improve product quality and next new development.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 5 years+ relative working experience Ownership and accountability sense to drive cross-functional team work and deliverables. Demonstrated problem-solving techniques in these areas: Embedded system, digital circuit, analog circuit. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
Desired Characteristics: Master degree in Electrical Engineering Experience in X-ray related products Strong analytical, trouble-shooting skills Experience in product verification, reliability, medical device standards, supplier interfaces, manufacturing and service support. Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently, multi-task, learn quickly, and work under pressure.
