Role Summary: This role is responsible to build, develop, administer, lead and measure the effectiveness of the Sales Leadership Academy (SLA) program. This leader is responsible for all aspects of the SLA, including development, institution, updating, and measuring impact of the SLA program. The goal of the role is to optimize the capabilities of the FLM role globally. The individual in this role will need to understand sales management skills and capabilities to stay current and relative.
The Global Sales Leadership Learning & Development Head is responsible for developing and maintaining an expertise in FLM skills, competencies, and capabilities and keep the Sales Leadership Academy current to the con-temporized methods.
This role is responsible for establishing dashboard metrics and measures (lead and lag) to evaluate the impact of the Sales Leadership Academy on people and business growth for the GE Healthcare organization.
Additional duties include, but are not limited to: Vendor Management, Collaboration with key stakeholders, develop and execute a communications Plan for Sales Leadership Academy, leverage digital learning technologies, and flexibility to support adjacent learning initiatives
Responsible for Outcomes/Metrics: lead and lag measures of SLA success
Collaborates With: Sales Leadership in Regions and Businesses, learning leaders, and other key stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years’ experience in sales, management and or operations
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team within a large, complex and matrixed organization
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration and scope
Ability to translate strategy into business objectives
Executive level presentation skills
Coaching and mentoring experience
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail
Action and results oriented
MBA or equivalent
A demonstrated deep knowledge of management skills and capabilities, and experience as a people leader, specifically in Sales.
Demonstrated skill of leading in a matrix environment
Knowledge of contemporized learning methods specific to the FLM role is desired.
