Role Summary: Manage assigned customer service areas and projects through leadership and service delivery focus to create an environment to achieve ultimate customer loyalty in Healthcare Digital business area. Deliver positive results against Healthcare Digital service and project targets whilst achieving assigned personal goals in the profitable delivery and growth of the service contract base.
Ownership project management and service delivery functions in GE Healthcare Digital in Finland
Managing Digital/IT projects mainly in Finland but prepared to do the same also in other Nordic countries if required
Focal point for all service related matters as well as being access point for non-service related issues.
Attend regular customer service meetings representing GE delivering Service reports in line with contractual obligations with key customers
Deliver customer service reports in line with contractual obligations
Responsible for all customer generated service requests to closure
Work with service support teams and Managers from a strategic level to ensure 1st class service delivery and project management is achieved
Build solid customer relationships gaining trust and respect through delivery of contractual commitments
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and some leadership experience
Experience in project management in IT/Digital projects
Direct customer relationship experience
Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites mainly in Finland and also in other Nordic countries.
Occasionally travelling will be required outside Nordics.
Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Prior Digital/IT service delivery experience
Strong customer facing skills and delivery of results
Strong business acumen
Experience from Healthcare sector
Certificate in Project Management (PMP or equivalent)

Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to effectively communicate across a distributed workforce
