Role Summary: The Stock & Process Clerk is accountable and responsible to the Production Leader, ARS, for all consigned and stock materials receiving, issuing as well as maintaining up-to-date records of all stock transactions and its accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all stock items and materials’ security located at all storage areas. 2. Follow a set process for entering customer and Supplier orders into appropriate ERP system. 3. Work closely with our internal Customer Service or Sales Department and Production Leader on Workscope initiation and changes. 4. Tracks physical stock by RT lot #, ensuring that all packing lots are not mixed and are identified by RT #s. Follow a set process to pick shipments and ship verification in appropriate ERP system. Work with Traffic on export packaging. 5. Maintains accurate records of all stock transactions, in the computer system and files all appropriate documents for tractability requirements. 6. Identifies, traces and analyses causes of discrepancies in cases of inaccurate records after inventory checks and make appropriate corrections and implements preventive measures. 7. Housekeep all the various storage areas, while maintaining safety standards when stacking materials both on shelving as well as on the bulky pallet shelving system. 8. Exercises safe handling of hazardous materials, namely acids and gases, using PPE whenever necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements: GCE "O" or "A" level or equivalent.
Desired Characteristics: 1. Good knowledge of PC software applications 2. Basic command of written and spoken English 3. Independent, organize and able to work under pressure 4. Work evenings and/or weekends, or shifts 5. Good interpersonal skills
