Role Summary:
As a member of the Candidate & Onboarding Digital Technology team, this role will focus on providing global operational support to stakeholders who use Application Tracking, Interview and Offer technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:
You will be primarily responsible for operating and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – currently IBM Kenexa BrassRing – and related application integrations, services and reporting. Additionally, with the upcoming deployment of a global Cloud HCM platform across GE, you will design, build and implement an operations support model to be leveraged across Candidate & Onboarding technology products in HCM.

  • Define and execute product administration and operational support model for Candidate & Onboarding technologies, with a focus on “Application to Offer” and 3rd party Cloud platform support
  • Provide admin support for current “Application to Offer” tools – including talent gateways, gateway questionnaires, integrations, forms, eOffers, communications, RAMs, User admin, codes, mass updates and Future tool items
  • Drive configuration work in current ATS - Kenexa Brassring on Cloud - both front end (Kenexa Brassring) and back end (Workbench), future ATS and video interviewing platform
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reporting in ATS tools
  • Provide HTML configuration and modification to generate/support in ATS tools
  • Provide ITIL & Operations Support (Incident / Problem / Service Request)
  • Drive testing/configuration for integration of ATS into Cloud HCM platform
  • Provide excellent global customer/stakeholder support in a collaborative, consultative style with a constant focus on operational excellence
  • Collaborate with GE business & functional leaders, candidate & employee experience leaders, technical product managers and functional owners to drive strategic and tactical success
  • Embrace change and promote the identification of service improvement opportunities across the global team
  • Routinely collaborate with Technical Product Managers and DevOps delivery teams on multiple issues and decisions
  • Embrace, utilize and promote robust change management processes
  • Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software/IT industry

  • Must be willing and able to work out of the GE Digital Hub in Van Buren Township, MI.

    Desired Characteristics:
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing technical operational support and managing globally distributed solutions, preferably cloud-based
  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in service management of enterprise applications
  • Experience working directly with, administering and maintaining global, large scale 3rd party cloud software solutions, such as Salesforce.com, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise developing scalable product and/or service offerings
  • Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with SaaS products, mobile technology, user experience, web services and back-end application infrastructure.
  • Ability to apply knowledge to new technologies
  • Ability to configure and operationalize stage environments and load with data to support testing
  • Experience using ServiceNow for managing ITIL processes
  • Awareness in SSO technologies and integration with 3rd party applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work with business partners to drive success
  • Ability to work with global teams, act independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
  • Ability to accomplish goals independently - highly result oriented
