Essential Responsibilities: Role: As Solution Modality role - Win customer projects and deliver against sales performance KPI As Solution Architect role - develop solution offering and technology planning by customer segment/ demand As Project management role - deliver the project and monitor the performance with inside company resource support.
Responsibility: - Define and market forward looking customer solutions with portfolio elements for Healthcare and beyond outperforming competition. - Working closer with field marketing and account sales team, provide insights into the local market, customer pain points, needs, decision criteria and needed portfolio elements. - Proactively supports Region Sales/KAM to develop offerings that effectively address customers’ pain points to win new business - Conduct strategic consult to help customer in project initiation, meanwhile working with customer to deliver comprehensive project plan with market insight, feasibility study and finance plan. - Build/deliver Solution portfolio wide technical specialist who will create custom solutions based on current capabilities and partnerships - Working closer with modality, service and digital department to deliver technology plan as solution offering based on customer segment. - Introduce global resource as partner to develop solution capability then deliver the projects and leverage their resource to transfer best practice to local market. - Brings together relevant experts from across company to package and tailor the existing Solution portfolio with those from others to win the business. - Be the primary interface with sales / KAM functions in developing winning offers - Interface with the local business excellence team to drive sales processes - Strong involvement into bidding phase projects to ensure the ability to deliver on customer and company’s requirements - Full responsibility for project execution and operations, also analyze and assess project risk and opportunities, develop and implement mitigation and growth plans. - Monitor and report the achievement of milestones and revenue/ cost targets for new customers’ projects - Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers (Private as well as Public) and become their trusted partner.
Qualifications/Requirements: Characteristics - Bachelor's degree or MBA and 5 years sales , marketing or consultancy sector in healthcare industry - Familiar with Hospital Operation in ICU, NICU, ER, OR, - Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixes organization - Ability to integrate internal/external resource to deliver the proposal - Ability to interface with internal / external KOL to sell the solution proposal - Ability to have strategic discussion and executive presence with CXO level. - Understand internal business process to speed up business cycle - Willing to learn new thing / method to deliver operation excellence - Able to travel frequently - Able to have English capability
