Role Summary:
Responsible for implementing the Mammography Administration Module (MAM™) component of the Centricity RIS-IC product into our customer environment. As a MAM Installation Consultant, you are responsible for consulting on the breast imaging workflow, assisting with the building and verification of the application setup, and comprehensive training of the Centricity RIS-IC MAM application, as well as providing day-to-day support to assigned customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Day-to-day responsibilities include problem solving and
issue resolution, ongoing communication, and status reporting. The successful
candidate must be able to work well both independently and within a team, and
effectively communicate with other installation team members. A radiology
background (specifically as a licensed mammography technologist or mammography
administrator) and PC applications experience are required. Additional
Responsibilities:



  • Consult on workflow using MAM from kickoff through live
    event.
  • Consult on building and setup of MAM from kickoff through
    live event.
  • Conduct Dictionary, System setup training, and building.
  • Conduct Super-User training on MAM.
  • Assist in printing and security setup.
  • Verify application dictionary and set up throughout
    implementation.
  • Provide support of workflow, build, and setup of
    applications.
  • Assist in resolving any issues that may arise concerning the
    module.
  • Act as primary contact throughout implementation for
    customer support.
  • Provide reports of visits to the appropriate parties.
  • Provide on-site support during simulation and live events.
  • Schedule and Conduct post-Live visits.



Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or STEM field or minimum 7
    years relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years software implementation and/or Business
    Consulting experience





Eligibility Requirements:



  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will

Desired Characteristics:

  • Preferred Licensed mammography technologist with 5+ years’
    experience in breast imaging or mammography administration
  • Current/former Radiologic Technologist experience
  • Ability to self-direct projects and lead functional team
    members through an implementation
  • Ability to take direction from both Management and Project
    Managers overseeing the projects you are assigned.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities,
    while maintaining a high level of quality service and professionalism.
  • Ability to interact confidently with customers from end
    users to executive suite.
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication,
    interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Radiology, specifically breast imaging. 
  • Comfort around Radiologists
  • Effective training skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Technical aptitude with computer applications
  • Ability to travel 80-90%
