Role Summary: In this role, the Sr Implementation Consultant provides total client management for the Patient Classification Solution (PCS). This individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on best practices for implementing the Patient Classification Solution within the healthcare industry, identifying client goals, and developing strategies and processes that will support optimal use of the solution.
Establish effective client relationships amongst executives, managers, and staff from launch of engagement through system adoption/maximization periods.
Work closely in an advisory capacity with the internal and client leadership team
Assess strengths and vulnerabilities of existing operational processes and practices; recommending software system configuration to maximize operational benefits
Facilitate strategic decision making related to incentive approach; facilitate problem solving related to the use of the software system and corollary policies and practices
Balance multiple customer implementations simultaneously; provide continued strategic support through working with the client services manager on client-specific recommendations
Support on-going client evaluation of goal achievement and strategy revisions
Lead strategic design process necessary to implement GE products for hospital clients
Provide timely internal and external status reports for all assigned clients
Customize and deliver training to the nurse/healthcare leaders
Lead system workgroups related to incorporation of GE solution use
Identify new function and feature ideas as input into the evolution of the product
Introduce new/enhanced system functionality
Analyze customers' business requirements and technology objectives; develops a project design to meet customers' business needs.
Technical aptitude to assist with Hl7, imports, and exports
Promote and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users.
Serve as liaison between the company and client in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
Prepare reports on project progress and problems.
Participate in internal committees to represent Services team.
Develop strategic planning management tools and resources as needed.
Support in orientation of new team members.
RN Licensure/Certification Required
Bachelor’s degree or combination of nursing experience and Associates/Diploma in Nursing in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Must be willing to travel 50-75%
Nursing and Informatics background.
Implemented an EHR within a healthcare environment.
Effective presentation and training skills.
Experience using Microsoft and Windows applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to solve typical and common problems with very few variables.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize between multiple projects.
