Role Summary: The intern will work in strict collaboration with the O&G BHGE HR Team located in Italy, having the opportunity to learn about key HR processes and client group support. This position will be covered with an Internship (Stage) of 6 months.
Provide support to the team in all the relevant administrative matters and data accuracy;
Support the team on HR processes (internal staffing, Compensation&benefits topic, industrial relations)
Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues
Partner with HR Operations as appropriate to address manager and employee needs
Organize and follow different HR initiatives and projects;
Data analysis: preparation of relevant HR metrics
Support on costs analysis
Master degree in Human Resources or related
Fluent English speaking and writing;
Strong analytical skills;
High organization skills and ability to handle multiple priorities;
Ability to work independently with minimal direction;
Good written & oral communication skills;
Good presentation skills;
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
Ability to work within a globally diverse team across different zones.
