Role Summary:
CoreTech Solutions – Digital Workplace Support & Services –Looking for a person who is highly motivated, energetic, comfortable with technology and a client service professional. As a member of the Client Lifecycle team, the candidate would be responsible for global depot operations and quality control. The Global Depot Manager will also focus on process efficiencies, service level management, asset and inventory management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the lifecycle of 300k + end user PC, Mobility and peripheral accessory.
  • Globally manage and maintain an efficient PC, Mobility and accessory inventory processes
  • Globally manage and maintain standard and compliant depot operations
  • Partner with Finance and leasing company managing budget, cost center, forecasts etc.
  • Reporting around inventory levels, throughput, asset deployment and return requests, service levels
  • Manage and maintain current asset redeploy procedures
  • Maintain current disaster recovery plan
  • Manage Depot request escalations
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Manage the depot audit and quality control

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with client (PC) technologies
  • Minimum 1 years of leadership or team lead experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
