Role Summary: Accountable to support key marketing initiatives in Clinical Care Solutions (CCS) and help establish vital operating mechanisms for Commercial Marketing. Provide rigor in operations analysis, project management and reporting, along with effective engagement of global & regional Marketing teams. Work closely with Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer, Finance team, Operations and Global Marketing to enable systemic reporting and execution rigor in order to analyze and inform business performance.
Essential Responsibilities: • Coordinate CCS Commercial Marketing performance reporting. Support development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPI’s) for Marketing. Create dashboards, initiate tracking and reporting to CMCO and commercial leadership team. • Support implementation of CCS Marketing plans and budget tracking globally in Allocadia. Train and coach marketers on the Allocadia tool, including forecasting and spend tracking. Analyze tool usage and quality of marketing plans. Manage Allocadia CCS user licenses. • Analyze and develop CCS Commercial Excellence metrics. Identify winning practices in product quoting and selling, as well as training needs. Create wing to wing dashboard tracking new product (NPI) performance to operating goals. Create insights to simplify and streamline product quoting and empower commercial teammates. • Quantify impact of Digital Marketing campaigns, from clicks/shares to Sales qualified leads (SQL), quotes and orders. Assess effectiveness of CCS content sites and digital marketing practices. • Support CCS Marketing reviews of new products at key milestones of the launch cycle, from concept evaluation to product development, introduction and commercialization. Consult Product and Portfolio Management (PPM) to publish progress reports and schedule updates. Collaborate with global and region marketers on commercial plans. • Coordinate implementation of global CCS commercial learning metrics. Define and track learning pathways and course completion rates. Analyze technical and value selling competencies on new products. Manage user access to learning system. • Manage Zinc CCS licenses, optimizing user coverage and resourcing for marketing collaterals approval. • Partner with regional commercial marketing teams globally to respond to diverse needs and drive growth. Support occasional cross-country RPF/quotes by coordinating GE resources, ensuring customer-responsive approach and managing quote delivery. • Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional role (including marketing) • Professional experience in marketing or business analytics • Passion for career development in Marketing • Highly proficient in Excel and with Digital and Social media tools • Curious, self motivated and hungry for insights that will shape business decisions • Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams • Creative problem solver and solution developer • Responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions • Demonstrated oral and written communications skills • Strong analytical and process skills • Demonstrated project management skills • Willingness to consistently work flexible hours to accommodate needs of global customers and colleagues
Desired Characteristics: • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field • Experience in financial, operations and marketing analysis • Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment • International experience in marketing, product marketing or related field • Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen • Innovative – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing, and quality of outcomes • Clear Thinker - Takes proactive steps to generate results, uses data and other inputs to support analysis, and takes accountability for work using strong organizational and analytical skills
