Role Summary: Program Manager will be responsible for managing execution of Trip Optimizer deal that was signed between GE and KTZ in 2017 and other digital technologies programs in the region. In this role you will manage overall customer relationships, plan and manage execution of the program deliverables and schedules as well as financials.
Contract Fulfillment: Execute all contractual customer expectations.
Manage relationships with customers and other third parties involved into program execution.
Risk Mitigation: Own project risk management holistically and drive accountability across functions through risk register.
On Time Delivery: Develop, own and control integrated project schedule and drive accountability across functions through integrated schedule and critical path management.
Budget Management: Optimize usage of project budget with clear traceability.
Process Adherence: Drive standardized and defined process rhythms with all functions and help business and stakeholders adhere to standard PMO processes.
Revenue Recognition: Own holistic execution resulting into timely recognition of revenue.
Cash Collection: Own the timely collection of cash from customers.
Bachelors' degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
Experience in Rail industry.
At least 5 years of experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing or customer service roles.
At least 2 years of experience in project management roles.
At least 2 years of experience in roles with direct customer interface responsibility.
Fluent in English and Russian languages (writing, reading, speaking, listening).
Must have legal authorization to work in Kazakhstan.
Knowledge of Kazakh language.
Established project management and analytical data analysis capability.
