Role Summary: The purpose of this 10 week internship is to provide graduates of the MSc in Aviation Finance in UCD with an opportunity to gain invaluable experience in Aviation Leasing & Financing. It seeks to provide an enriching experience through challenging assignments that will lead to Industry experience and professional skill development while also making a real contribution to the business.
Essential Responsibilities: Market research project focused on determining the potential impact the latest generation of the A321 aircraft will have on the smaller wider-body aircraft market, airline network and airport operational structures given the increased range capability and passenger density the aircraft offers over earlier models?
At the end of the research project the student will produce a research paper with findings and report out to GECAS management.
Currently studying towards an MSc in Aviation Finance with University College Dublin or equivalent knowledge & experience
Highly motivated with ability to work on own initiative
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal
Experience in Aviation leasing and finance would be a strong advantage
