Role Summary: Focus on projects/process to drive the Lean and digital transformation of the plant.
Work closely with Global Supply Chain Leadership team and cross functional Avio Leadership team to develop and drive operational processes improvements within MRO business which directly impact productivity, cost, customer satisfaction, and compliance;
Integrate with cross functional business functions (Facility, Logistics, COEs, etc.) to develop and optimize the Site rooftop strategy;
Build strong relationships across functions to drive a Lean culture with quality execution in all business processes and engagement at all levels;
Cooperate with Digital team to define and implement real time solutions to measure and monitor feature/process capability
Lead site operations teams to execute on the site development strategy driving the complete re-layout in a systemic way;
Establish and lead process capability improvement initiatives across all the business that drive improved lead time and efficiency;
Champion the use of Lean and Six Sigma in solving problem to drive systematic analysis & improvement actions and ensure completion through the control phase;
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Management, Industrial/Mecchanical/Aerospace)
Strong relevant experience in or process improvement role and Six sigma
Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time;
Ability to develop and energize teams to achieve business objectives;
Strong facilitation and organizational skills;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects;
Strong team player and business change agent;
Results driven with proven process orientation;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including strong influencing skills;
Fluency in English and in Italian;
EU Work Permit.
Prior operations experience preferred;
Knowledge of planning and Lean;
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization;
