Role Summary:
负责GE超声对比剂在区域医院专业教育活动的开展和市场销售工作。掌握超声设备参数调试,指导临床进行图像优化,推动公司产品销售。开拓和维护重点客户,建立良好的合作关系以促进业务的持续发展。

Essential Responsibilities:
1、熟练掌握超声设备造影功能的使用,能够独立完成各厂家超声造影功能设备参数调整,指导客户有效用药
2、制定产品推广计划和方案,协助上级完成各项市场销售活动
3、向医务人员正确及时传递产品相关信息,协助辖区医务人员合理、有效用药
4、负责辖区内医患专业教育,组织产品推广会及配合公司大型学术和销售活动,配合医学部临床实验的执行
5、管理经销商,具备大型医院独立开发上量能力,完成/超额完成销售目标
6、及时反馈市场信息(客户、产品、竞品等)
7、日常工作中与超声设备团队及CI现有销售团队相互配合,主动合作,建立完善的客户档案与客户保持良好的关系
8、良好的价格政策管理
9、严格遵守公司相关合规政策和规章制度

Qualifications/Requirements:
1、临床医学背景,三年以上外企医药推广工作经验
2、良好的人际交往能力和沟通技巧
3、出色的分析能力,熟练应用WORD, EXCEL等办公软件
4、勤奋踏实愿意长期发展,乐观向上有激情,能适应高频率出差
5、具备较强的新客户开拓能力,及较强的团队合作精神
6、有超声相关工作经验者优先。
