Role Summary: The Staff Enterprise Application Engineer will be responsible for installation, architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of various virtual directory and directory components of multi-tier applications in an enterprise environment. They provide support for escalated application issues, including diagnosis and resolution of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity ensuring the root cause of the problem is addressed.
Responsible for designing a large service or integration of services.

Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for deployment tasks.

Expert in processes/methodologies and skilled in build, release & deployment processes.

Drives design reviews, defines interfaces between components, and applies existing technology to designs.
Expert in designing programmatic capabilities for all aspects of service operability.
Expert in assessing application or service performance and optimizing/improving it through design and best practices.
Expert in core data structures and interfaces for information exchange across platforms.
Understands capability of enterprise solutions in order to make sound decisions around configuring software vs engineering software.
Understanding of business process to determine how to optimize both process and utilization of enterprise applications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software domain
Experience with identity, priveleged account frameworks, and related technologies including but not limited to; Radiant Logic, Virtual Directory, Authorization & Authentication protocols and capabilities
Experience with opensource authentication protocols and related technology including OpenID Connect, oAuth2.0, and SAML
Experience with relational and NoSQL database development and related technologies
Experience with directory based technologies and LDAP
Experience with common development practices including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, agile development, distributed version control, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
