Role Summary: The Senior Technical Project Manager or “Site/Campus” Manager will be responsible for oversight of end user support and services delivered within a region/sites. The role will report into the “Regional Client & Infrastructure Leader” within the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing key stakeholders within the business to ensure high levels of satisfaction for the IT services delivered to the end users.
The role requires someone to form and maintain strong relationships within the global and regional IT teams and leverage skills from their teams and colleagues to deliver continuous service improvement.
In this role, you will:
Establish and maintain business relationships within “site/campus” and core IT teams.
Understand business objectives, drivers and technology focus areas.
Advise business teams on technology issues and opportunities; participate in business unit activities such as customer visits, due diligence, staff meetings…
Organize and participate in Infrastructure ops reviews, Project / Work reviews.
Assist business and centralized IT management in planning IT Initiatives and act as the liaison between Business and core technology teams.
Ensure that expectations are met and ensure high customer satisfaction levels through established infrastructure metrics against SLAs
Provide effective needs analysis, project management, customer service and problem resolution and ensure Root Cause Analysis for issues.
Provide guidance and direction in regard to Core Technology processes and tools
Manage communications effectively between Core Technology, Corporate CIO’s & Businesses within Region
Support infrastructure aspects of business acquisitions and integrations, including security, data center management, midrange computing/servers, network, telecomm, email, client services and facilities integrations
Act as focal point for Core Technology leadership & Corporate CIO’s within Region/Site
Define priorities in conjunction with CIO’s, customers and Core Technology Service leaders
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of work experience OR equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal, written / verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels
Exceptional project management skills/organizational skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively manage resources and multiple IT projects of various diverse scopes
Experience leading project teams, driving engagement, influencing, and working seamlessly across multiple functions in a matrix type setting
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Black Belt Certification / Demonstrated experience with Lean initiatives
IMLP / EIMP graduate
ITIL management process knowledge, experience and / or certification
Project Management (PMP) certification
Business acumen & successful track record in aligning with business partners
Significant experience as a change agent with demonstrated ability to drive results
