Role Summary:
The Sr Staff Technical Program Manager - Oracle ERP will be responsible for the Nuclear Oracle program management for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy. You are accountable for client management for the Nuclear ERP change review board, delivery of a portfolio of DT ERP projects, and ensuring stable operations.



Essential Responsibilities:
As the Sr Staff Technical Program Manager - Oracle ERP, you will:

  • Provide overall leadership for Nuclear ERP Change review board for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy DT (Digital Technology)
  • Work as a DT / Business Partner with Finance, Sourcing, and Supply Chain ERP clients
  • Be responsible for budget, license, and strategic financial planning for Oracle ERP program
  • Proactively drive the prioritization, budgeting and resource planning of DT work to support business objectives and key initiatives
  • Serve as a key member of the GEH Nuclear Energy DT staff, ensuring consistency of execution and delivery
  • Build strong relationships with Business & DT teams to ensure effective project delivery and drive simplification of business processes
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of ERP technology trends and standards and work as a partner to promote their use


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) / Computer Science or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT delivering high impact technology solutions including a minimum of 3 years of experience managing Oracle ERP projects

  • Change agent with the ability to interact and influence business clients at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinker who can translate strategies into quantum-leap digital solutions with concrete actions & tactical plans
  • Strong knowledge of GE project management, financial and DT processes
  • Oracle ERP operations experience, including supporting post go-live and stable operations
  • Oracle EBS R12 experience
  • IMLP (Information Management Leadership Program) Graduate (GE employees only)
  • Six Sigma Certified (GE employees only) or equivalent quality certification
