Role Summary: Responsible for leading application related work with Healthcare Digital solutions in radiology and archiving domains, Application Consultant is supporting all phases of the product lifecycle: from pre-sales to implementation and installed base maintenance.
Essential Responsibilities: During pre-sales phase they will be giving demonstrations to customers, attend and contribute in pre-sales meetings, give input to tenders. In delivery phase, they will act as part of the project team, analyze customer requirements, formulate solutions, form cross-functional teams, and successfully drive solutions to closure.
Work directly with Healthcare customers on the development of the hospital workflow
Manage and do configuration work of Healthcare IT solutions
Give demonstrations of GE Healthcare Digital solutions to customers at the customer premises mainly in Denmark and other Nordic countries
Lead and participate pre-sales meetings in cooperation with sales
Be subject matter expert and write responses to tenders
Train the customer administrators, super-users and end-users to use, configure and maintain Healthcare Digital solutions
Act as a project team member in Healthcare Digital implementation projects
Update knowledge continuously about the GE’s solutions
Work directly with cross-functional organizations and suppliers to take GE’s Digital solutions to the next level
Use the GE processes for the development and release of new offerings
Translate and create documentation in Danish and English.
Required to multitask owning multiple projects lasting 1 day – 1 year in duration
Solve incidents, problems and service requests reported by the Healthcare Digital customers, be accountable of application related requests
Travel to customer sites mainly in the Nordic countries to provide consulting, pre-sales, training and customer support
Represent Nordic in cross-regional meetings
Report working hours weekly into Sales & Services Productivity and Information Repository
Work with manager to provide timely status updates, develop and maintain metrics, and control application costs
Technical understanding about GE Healthcare Digital products and willingness to learn more
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and /or equivalent experience
Demonstrated understanding of IT systems in radiology.
Working knowledge of radiology workflow.
Travel required 50%+ of working hours.
Ability to work remotely as required.
Fluent in Danish and English
Preferred: • Strong process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality. • Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels. • Experience to work in global organizations. • Experience with high-acuity information systems.
Are able to work alone as well in greater teams
Significant experience from the Radiology sector in Denmark and from the global scene
