Role Summary: Responsible for leading & executing assigned processes within a specific controllership area. Assist in analytical support and identifying process improvements.
Ensure proper accounting and controls in area of focus (i.e. external reporting, cash settlement, client management, closing & reporting).
Identify controllership simplification and process improvement opportunities.
Prepare account reconciliations and execute on quarterly close tasks.
Coordinate with controllership and finance teams. Review and conduct analysis of financial statements.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge & experience. Some years of finance or accounting experience. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Proficient use of financial systems and Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent knowledge & experience.
Financial services industry experience.
