Role Summary:
Perform the daily operations in the Propulsion shop to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees
  • Managing hourly employee populations
  • Execution of routine analyses using tools provided and/or created to manage the workforce effectively
  • Responsibility for safety, quality, cost and delivery of products to internal and external customers
  • Accountability for material management and existing technology which aids in the production process


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
