Role Summary: In this role, you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line in Light Fabrication operation.
Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees
Managing hourly employee populations
Execution of routine analyses using tools provided and/or created to manage the workforce effectively
Responsibility for safety, quality, cost and delivery of products to internal and external customers
Accountability for material management and existing technology which aids in the production process
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
