Role Summary:
The Project Data Analyst will be responsible for the organization and control of project and data analysis to facilitate the on-time delivery of Pipeline Inspection reports for post service client support.



Essential Responsibilities:
As the Project Data Analyst, you will:

  • Check technical pipeline reports for common English / grammatical errors along with technical mistakes and consistency
  • Track and manage the on-time delivery of pipeline inspection reports
  • Oversee the satisfaction of client expectations for the inspection report
  • Provide pre and post service client support
  • Provide support when necessary in order to facilitate the reporting process
  • Highlight problems to Team Leader and recommend workable solutions
  • Utilize resources to meet reporting time scales and budgets
  • Support the development of analysis methods and tools, in order to improve productivity
  • Provide an effective pre and post-sales support service for reporting information
  • Report to various levels of management on project milestones – (including electronic tracking)




Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability and willingness to work in a Chemical / Industrial environment


Desired Characteristics:
  • Posses a valid Passport
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (specifically isometric)
  • Proficient in UltraPipe
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Knowledgeable in G3PTM
  • Knowledgeable in EMPAC
  • TWIC Credentialed- (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
  • Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils – Basic Plus Trained
