Role Summary:
You will be managing an international finance client group of ~800 epmloyees in one of the larges captive Service Centers servicing clients throughout the Eurpoe and RCIS regions. This senior role will require to drive, facilitate and manage our culture locally and shift focus to strategic site related items as needed, as well as driving our key HR processes and initiatives locally.

Essential Responsibilities:

    As part of your client groups You will be the key to the success of your client group in terms of talent management, leadership culture, employer branding for new and existing employees, communications and workforce planning in addition to driving the HR aspect of key strategic projects for the function. In short, you’ll be a trusted advisor, business strategist, progressive thinker and culture shaper.
  • GROW by leading functional talent recruitment strategies
  • driving our recruitment strategies hand in hand with the talent acquisition CoE
  • influencing hiring managers and
  • communicating ongoing results to key stakeholders
  • BUILD culture and competitive employer branding:
  • ensuring cultural pulse survey action items are on track
  • helping and rationalizing Engagement efforts and budget for
    highest impact
  • ensuring employee advocacy and integrity
  • promoting your functions as employers of choice within and outside GE
  • SHAPE by supporting organization development and driving change
    - identifying and building internal pipeline
    - mapping talents externally and within GE
  • defining internal and cross business career paths
  • ensuring consistency among functions
  • simplify HR processes wherever you can
  • COACH by supporting local leadership culture and the HR cycle
    - training mangers and new employees on GE’s performance development approach
  • completing action items in local people and organization reviews
  • working with training resources to map and communicate training plans
  • assimilating new managers and utilizing team coaching tools efficiently
  • HR system and process support
  • FOCUS
  • Externally on market trends and regulations
  • Internally on
  • partnering with business stakeholders and HRMs
  • GE wide policies and citizenship


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • You’ll be an experienced HR professional with strong experience in HR ideally with direct leadership experience
  • You’ll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • VUCA is inspiration and not constraint to you
  • You understand, feel and embrace personal impact over reporting lines, impact over structure and culture over rules
  • You’re a self-starter able to make sound judgments and drive decisions
  • You’re able to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations
  • Master English at a proficient level
