Role Summary: You will be managing an international finance client group of ~800 epmloyees in one of the larges captive Service Centers servicing clients throughout the Eurpoe and RCIS regions. This senior role will require to drive, facilitate and manage our culture locally and shift focus to strategic site related items as needed, as well as driving our key HR processes and initiatives locally.
As part of your client groups You will be the key to the success of your client group in terms of talent management, leadership culture, employer branding for new and existing employees, communications and workforce planning in addition to driving the HR aspect of key strategic projects for the function. In short, you’ll be a trusted advisor, business strategist, progressive thinker and culture shaper.
