Role Summary: The role aims to provide support for the Treasury team, bank administration team
Ensure the documentation flow is in line with the internal policy
Ensure all bank documentation is signed as per bank mandate
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for bank account solutioning
Get to know, understand and deliver bank administration processes
Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
Handle incoming customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support
Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks
Active student enrollment for min. 6 months preferably in Finance or similar
Availability for minimum 30 hours/week
Advanced level of English skills
Effective and professional verbal and written communication
Energetic, can-do attitude
Attention to details and proven accuracy
Ability to work in a team or individually if required
Computer literacy, Excel, Outlook and Power point
Strong commitment to complete assigned task within the given deadline
