Role Summary: Define, implement and support the lifecycle management of both Edge physical and digital IT assets and services and their relationships to one another, and all related processes, procedures, and tracking systems. Focuses on defining ongoing management/maintenance of all Digital infrastructure, products, services & ops ensuring business continuity, capacity management, incident response & help desk mgmt.
Responsible as a Point Of Contact for multiple aspects of Lifecycle Phases for Design for serviceability of Edge compute hardware and software artifacts.
Responsible for designing the strategy covering siting & installation covering radiology suite & hospital IT data center environments.
Building and executing the overall serviceability strategy and plan.
Partner with product management to define how the serviceability strategy ties to commercial EDGE as a Service offerings.
Collaborates with cross functional teams to plan and produce high-quality content.
Provides input to information for wing to wing processes on a high level.
Outstanding communicational skills.

Excellent knowledge of core and advanced technical concepts within Lifecycle Management and Operations overall.

Has a strong grasp of compliance and exercises caution when developing new processes that would be SOX, ISO, and SOD dependent.
Strong project management skills: ability to estimate scope and time, create and work to deadlines, collaborate to create a schedule.
Excellent understanding of Six Sigma / LEAN processes to drive Quality.
Understands Analytics and defines KPIs to help launch and drive projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the technology space with emphasis on lifecycle applications
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.
A technical engineer, with extensive experience in solving challenging issues in high pressure environment
Experienced with agile/iterative project methodology such as Scrum, preferably with experience using agile project management tools such as JIRA or Rally
Excellent communicator, works well in a team environment, and welcomes challenges
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated the ability to assimilate new information and understand complex topics
Background and experience in emerging technologies in cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Microservices architecture
