Role Summary:
The roles focuses on building relationship with key stakeholder with the customer organization to facilitate a customer focused development approach. The Clinical Analyst will work directly with this customer to gather requirements, and be the technical liaison between the software development team and the business customers

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the Product Owner within an Agile scrum team
    performing the following:
  • Manages Backlog specific to this customer needs
  • Meets with Customers to research user needs
  • Interprets the business needs and provides continuous
    updates on near term and long term roadmap to the customer
  • Prepares User Requirements and translates requirements for
    Engineering
  • Creates mockups and prototypes associated with requirements
  • Re-irritate requirements definition with customer as needed discussion
  • Collaborates with Product Managers for the release and
    sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
    Collaborates with Product Managers/TPMs to manage the backlog; continuously
    orders and prio
  • Works with technical writers on documentation
  • Represents the project stakeholders throughout the process
  • Provides domain expertise during the acceptance testing
    process
  • Supports efforts on Early Readiness Testing (ERT)
  • Collaborates with User Experience Team on usability testing
    to ensure the right product is being produced for the customer
  • Collaborates with Product Managers for the release and
    sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
  • Troubleshoots in support of issues that come up from
    Services Team
  • Collaborates with Product Manager to manage the backlog;
    continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of
    backlog are always ready.
  • Supports and participates in validation and verification
    efforts
  • Provides training on the product to other groups and may
    support training efforts with Customers
  • Builds a positive outcome focused relationship within a high-profile
    matrixes customer organization
  • Works closely with Product Management to understand the
    strategic roadmap and provides input.
  • Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding
    and validation of customer problems and needs
  • Keeps current with industry trends and domain expertise













































Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Marketing,
    Engineering, Business Administration, healthcare or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in product management, product
    development, or related field





Eligibility Requirements:



  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for
    employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Chicago,
    IL







Desired Characteristics:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration
  • Degree and practice in a clinical cardiology discipline
  • 7+ years’ experience in product management, product
    development or related field.
  • Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
  • Demonstrates ability to problem solve
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with
    diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work globally
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and
    with customers.
  • Prior knowledge of GE Centricity cardio workflow product
    line (or competitive product)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and process skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationship with
    customers
  • This role requires the candidate to work with a global team
    in a fast paced environment. Proven
    capabilities of being able to complete multiple tasks successfully in a
    specific timeline is required and expected.
  • Proven ability to take complex customer problems and break
    them down in simple terms to educate other non-clinical or non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to understand and explain detailed workflow
    and product complex functionality to customers.
  • Team player who is able to collaborate with various team
    members across the world
  • An experienced professional with proven track record of
    completing tasks with little to no guidance.
