Role Summary:
The eDelivery Deployment Leader will coordinate the adoption of electronic software delivery globally across GE Healthcare.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • This person will lead product teams in their migration to
    eDelivery with support from the eDelivery program team. 
  • The role’s scope
    includes educating teams on process changes, developing project plans, driving
    project execution, and coordinating resolution of issues & risks. 
  • This role
    will work across functions including Product Management, Engineering, Supply
    Chain, Finance, and Quality.
  • Planning and maintaining a roadmap for eDelivery adoption
    across the business
  • Establish a deployment playbook ( tasks, templates,
    training…)  to enable a repeatable
    process for each deployment project
  • Establishing projects & teams to drive adoption of
    eDelivery for each business segment.  
  • Coordination of project definition and scoping for each
    deployment project including desired outcomes and measurable benefits
  • Ensure project teams understand process changes,
    requirements, and setups required.
  • Ensure product teams have sufficient planning for cutover to
    eDelivery
  • Communicate the status of projects and the overall eDelivery
    deployment program
  • Identify & track issues and risks;  Engage the GEHC eDelivery program team and
    others to resolve issues and risks
  • Facilitate resolution of issues by engaging stakeholders,
    driving actions, and digging into the details of processes and/or data (as
    required);   Specific process areas may
    include Finance, Supply Chain, and Service asset tracking
  • Capture and report benefits realized through eDelivery
    deployment;  Including return on
    investment capital (ROIC).



Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, IT, or Product
    Management

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will

Desired Characteristics:

  • MS/MBA a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GE/GEHC supply chain  workflows and supporting IT infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of GEHC operational IT systems (i.e.,
    SFDC, Apttus, PDM, ERP, CRM)
  • Experience with process management in a regulated product
    business (medical devices, aviation…)
  • Operational experience across GE/GEHC Regions
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or FastWorks
    process improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of accounting standards & GE’s implementation
    (revenue recognition, Standard Chart of Accounts…)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GE/GEHC financial processes
  • Experience leading complex, global, cross-functional
    projects
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate plans, status,
    and issues
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to
    influence decisions and activities at all levels of management
  • Demonstrated aptitude managing and prioritizing multiple
    projects and initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver project goals while
    satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget requirements
  • Aware of and complies with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality
    Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable
    laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training
    within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and
    take immediate corrective action as required
