Role Summary: Perform all aspects of human resources and provide comprehensive HR support for a particular employee population. Plan, develop and implement a variety of HR actions to support business goals and objectives. Execute site wide initiatives, provide responsive internal customer support, drive HR functional excellence and process improvement and support the key members of the Leadership Team.
Contribute and provide expertise to execute the HR strategy that supports business goals and activities
Provide direction and expertise for the full scope of HR function (incl: staffing, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, retention, compensation, professional development, employee communications, business transformation, change management).
Provide HR leadership and support to execute business transformation in line with business vision and strategy.
Consult with the clients to design the organizational structure, and drive organization effectiveness.
Build talent pipeline and succession plan by developing and leveraging talent and career management processes.
Define current and future skill and capability needs, develop and execute capability building plans.
Be a champion in acquiring and retaining talent, enhancing employee engagement.
Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers and employees on all HR matters
Proactively manage HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data.
Promote Company Values and Compliance at all levels of the organization
Manage Industrial Relationship and good Corporate Citizenship actions
Ensure compliance with all HR related processes and ISO audit requirements.
Manage relevant day-to-day HR operational tasks according to labor and company processes/policies.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with strong relevant work experience)
Significant prior professional work experience (can include internships)
Required to travel % of the time (if applicable)

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or similar discipline
Proven Client HR experience preferably in a multinational
Significant knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of Hungarian labor law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook etc.)
Fluency in Hungarian and English
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fastpaced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others
Clear understanding of link between HR and business strategy
Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of the overall HR and Business strategy
Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience, needed to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related training programs to groups of managers/colleagues
High level of resourcefulness with a proven ability to influence and drive change
Demonstrated competence in Selection and Staffing, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations and Communications
