Role Summary:
To manage the implementation of services projects, as well as the service portion of major projects, for the Control Solutions Services business in Asia.
Act as primary customer contact for the execution phrase of all assigned services projects.
Coordination and management of client services projects – includes reporting and accountability of schedule, budget, project performance and quality.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Lead Services Project Specialist develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
· Develop and implement the site programs and procedures in accordance with the operations support plan, specific site obligations, local laws and regulations, system & equipment operating, emergency & maintenance procedures, administrative obligations, and other required inputs
· Review OEM documents and drawings, start ups, and commissioning documentation
· Assist in the staffing of the site and implementation of all site EHS programs
· Support and coordinate site system walk down and acceptance for the customer, facility operability review, classroom training and site staff qualification program, and site Computerized Maintenance Management System data acquisition
· Develop and audit site Quality Assurance (QA) programs and develop / review site-specific manuals
· Leverage all necessary resources to work within the confines of the budget
· Provide operational and maintenance support as needed in combined cycle technologies
· Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives that affect program management operation and deliverables
· Manage daily operations of program management office including customer and supplier calls, correspondence and reports in compliance with GE’s policies and procedures
· Plan and schedule meetings and events with customers and suppliers as is necessary to support program management

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a project management role)
- Minimum of 4 years industry experience as a Project Manager in either Power Generation or Oil & Gas.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Possess a valid Drivers License and Passport.
- Exceptionally strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to customers, both internal and external.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong computer skills using MS Office software.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time

Desired Characteristics:
· Experience with either, MKV or MKVI or MKVie Controls.
. Experience of MS Project.
. Experience of SAP.
. Strong project management skills
· Detail oriented and accountable for completion of work and assignments
· Ability to work well with a variety of cultures and personalities
· Ability to draw upon experiences and adapt throughout different business cycles
· Established credibility with peers and managers based on experience
· Team oriented, self motivated, and demonstrated inquisitive nature
