Role Summary: The Lead Team Coach leads multiple High Performance Teams for the assigned product line & is responsible for meeting the COE metrices. Perform daily operations of COE to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line(s). Requires developed and strong foundation of functional skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Essential Responsibilities: In addition you will : • Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees, • Develops new solutions under the guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations • Works together with business leadership • Ability to assess capacity and process capability to specify organizational needs to meet customer delivery and turnaround time requirements • Works on cross functional teams • Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods • Must have flexibility in schedule to work in a shift position
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree of Engineering from an accredited university or college • Ability and willingness to work in shift’s. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Production Supervision or related area
