As a Technical Program Manager for Predix Products & Technology, Russia, you will be responsible for leading cross functional projects across Engineering & Product Management teams. This will include planning, facilitating and program managing projects for limited durations.
Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership to define strategic and tactical roadmap of digital initiatives. Evangelize GE products including cloud and applications on the regional market, drive efforts to create and maintain partnership ecosystem in the region. This will include creating an actionable plan, building reports, dashboarding and presenting results to senior leadership teams on recurring basis.
In this role, you will:
Work with selected service owners and product team to continuously deliver program and project support
Lead sync-up sessions across Product & Engineering teams to drive project deliverables forward
Work to understand and communicate market needs for Predix and Private Cloud offerings, including analytics and advanced data platforms
Work directly with customers to understand their needs, and translate needs directly into technical requirements
Lead other program management staff to achieve the product and market goals through leadership and management
Support program leader with project planning, resource and effort estimation, communication, follow up and reporting
Interact with other teams as well as other functions like finance, business development marketing, sourcing, sales & commercials
Build Rally reports and dashboards to reflect program status, risks & dependencies
Participate in scrum meetings, stands ups, and weekly reviews as needed
Prepare and present summary reports to senior leadership during staff meetings, QMI etc.
Become an expert at adapting quickly to new scenarios that require specific skill sets and have high levels of ambiguity
Responsible for looking ahead to upcoming roadblocks and challenges and proactively highlighting them at the right time with the right audience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 4 years of IT technical experience
Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Development Program Management including project and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and/or large global project
Experience in product organizations over multi release cycle
Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and\\ or data center management and development
Persists to completion, especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks. Pushes self for results; pushes others for results through team spirit
Be an expert at adapting quickly to new scenarios that require specific skill sets and have high levels of ambiguity
Effectively manages risk and weighs the pros and cons of important decisions that affect multiple team members

PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certification
