The Lean Leader will be responsible for coordinating and driving Lean-Six Sigma activities under the direction of local leadership
In the role of Lean Leader you will:
Provide project leadership to process teams, ensure alignment of projects with company goals and objectives, and coach employees of the organization who are involved with the application of the tools and concepts of Lean and Six Sigma.
Able to collaborate, influence and motivate others at various levels of the organization to affect cultural change.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of root cause analysis problem solving.
Must be motivated and self-driven and able to move multiple project teams forward simultaneously and work without day to day direction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and MiniTab.
Lean experience or willingness to train to become a LSS Black Belt.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
Process/systems mindset & Proven ability to manage and execute projects
Strong analytical skills and experience in converting data to useful information
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to prepare detailed graphical and statistical analysis
Knowledge of OFS Product Line and Processes preferred
Process Mapping Knowledge
Familiarity with SAP
Demonstrated change agent
Facilitator Training preferred
