Role Summary:
Responsible for agile transformation and wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and external customers. Partners with functional product owner to define features backlog and requirements, works with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
    to help them understand and execute an approach to prioritizing and delivering
    their product portfolio.
  • Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with
    business needs and company reference architecture.
  • Drive the scrum plan based on project scope, expected
    timeline and available budget/resources.
  • Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
    and build project teams.
  • Work with globally located technical team often comprising
    of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per
    the scrum plan.
  • Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required.
    Manage procurement and onboarding process.
  • Ensure agile processes and practices are followed. Drive
    simplification and improvement as necessary.



Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree. 
    Computer science, information systems, engineering, analytics or a
    related field, or equivalent years of work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with agile project
    management, technical architecture and/or development of software based
    products or services.





Eligibility Requirements:



  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for
    employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
  • Knowledge and experience with designing and delivering
    technical products and services using the Scrum framework.
  • Knowledge of digital architecture and public cloud
    providers.
  • Experience with Predix platform.
  • Knowledge of legacy and modern enterprise application
    architecture.
  • Outstanding training, presentation and facilitation skills,
    including using visual aids and public speaking.
  • Experience with creating and facilitating workshops or
    events to educate technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful

  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through
    the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates
    processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape
    their future initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills -
    communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates
    information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans
    to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
  • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements,
    champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in
    creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes
    accordingly.
  • PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management
    certifications.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as Rally,
    TFS.
