Essential Responsibilities:
Act as the Product Owner within an Agile scrum team. Manage backlog. Meet with customers to research user needs. Interpret the business needs. Prepare user requirements and translates requirements for Engineering. Work with technical writers on documentation. Represent the project stakeholders throughout the process. Provide domain expertise during the acceptance testing process. Support efforts on Early Readiness Testing (ERT). Collaborate with User Experience Team on usability testing to ensure the right product is being produced for the customer. Troubleshoot in support of issues that come up from Services Team. Provide training on the product to other groups and may support training efforts with customers. Work closely with product management to understand the strategic roadmap and provides input. Keep current with industry trends and domain expertise.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Product Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in related occupation required. The position also requires 5 years experience with product management and product development in Healthcare or IT; and 1 year Lean Six Sigma experience or Certification from recognized product management organizations (SAFe/Scrum Alliance/Pragmatic Marketing).
