Role Summary: Manage daily operation of the repair shops, deliver operational matrix and financial targets, drive repair VCP and quality improvement through lean initiatives and operation excellence. This role also need to lead technology transfer programs related to the repair depots.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Manage repair shop daily operation 2. Drive operational execution/rigor and achievement of business metrics of the repair shop 3. Drive lean initiatives, build lean culture. Continually improving operation efficiency and pursuing repair quality improvement are the priorities of this role 4. Partner with region service team and repair program team to identify repair opportunities, and develop business cases to expand repair activities at the repair depots to bring value to business and customers. 5. This role need closely working with region service team, equipment sales team, and will directly work/communicate with customers, the customer focusing mindset is a must. 6. Ensure the implementation of EHS standard and QMS requirements, drive the compliance of the repair depots
Qualifications/Requirements: BS/BA Technical Degree >5 years’ experience in manufacturing/repair/service environment Demonstrated analytical skills Proven ability to lead engineer/technician team Fluent English in both oral and writing
