Role Summary:
We are looking for a subject-matter expert for our front-end digital web systems- PIM, DAM, CMS and Site Search Engine. The web system administrator is an experienced web technologist who is organized and detail oriented, and who has proven experience in working with enterprise level Content Management Systems and Site Search Engines. In addition, he/she should have experience in test coordination in an agile environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain documentation up to date related to web platform front-end applications such as PIM, DAM, CMS and Site Search.
  • Ensure delivery and accessibility of said documentation follows a smooth process for content editors and other digital marketers to consume.
  • Develop and maintain test plans aligned to the release of new functionality on our platform.
  • Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts.
  • Execute test cases based on the phase of testing (functional, system, integration, etc.).
  • Ensure required documentation for application improvements is developed and maintained.
  • Documentation of defects in tracking system, such as Rally.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with customers, team members, and management regarding the status of test case execution.
  • Update or write documentation as necessary (requirements, AS Is Processes).
  • Complete other projects and tasks as required.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with four or more years of relevant experience or high school diploma and six ore more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in IT Quality Assurance testing.
  • Experience testing IT systems and applications.
  • Proven record of using Rally, JIRA or similar system for test tracking.
  • Previous experience with enterprise level CMS such as Sitecore, Episerver or Open Text.
  • Previous experience with Product Content and Digital Asset Management systems such as Hybris, inRiver, Stibo, ADAM or Digizuite.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience with project management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of XML schema.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
