Role Summary:
The FP&A CoE analyst role its part of the Global Operations FP&A COE based in Budapest, Hungary. With a primarily focus on cost governance & base cost automation processes the role involves handling a critical process for the FP&A Base costs team, a process that allows all team members to work with more granular & detailed data and therefore provide better financial analysis to the function leaders. This role if highly related with ledger and subledgers correct synchronization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the headcount control & operational rhythm automatization processes
  • Mange and creation of analytics base cost creation
  • Continuous control of employee related expensed and create key saving indicators
  • Partner with Global Ops HR teams across the region to ensure correct headcount allocation.
  • Support FP&A leaders on VOP analysis & headcount reports
  • Support FP&A COE simplification processes


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Strong start up and crowd sourcing mindset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge in Datablending Tools
  • Eager to learn

  • Ability to interact cross-functionally
  • IT Background
  • Strong Data Base skills, advanced Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Spotfire capabilities.
