Role Summary: The Early Career Traineeship is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.
Essential Responsibilities: Provide support for the full scope HRM function Provide support for HR projects Have exposures on HR activities like employee relations During the program BHGE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him to the work environment
Qualifications/Requirements: -Degree in Human Resource degree – MIS or Management -Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)
