Role Summary: Provide technical support to improve products quality. This position will focus on product quality through data analysis and problem solving. This person will be responsible for driving the non-confirming material process and root cause investigation through coordination with engineering organization, service ability, manufacture ability, regulatory, compliance and cost.
Essential Responsibilities: Ownership of the NCR and MRB processes Support to analysis of defect and CAPA creation / resolution and maintain records as specified by the GEHC quality system. Support to analyze Customer complaint root cause. Interface with other functions on supplier related defects Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with Engineering and feeder plants on a regular basis Reduction of MRB and non-conforming material inventory Ownership of PSRs and PQRs Ensure compliance through validation and verification ( V&V ) Promote site Lean 6 sigma culture, manage GB/BB project and GB/BB/SME certification; Responsible for product quality framework and product quality dashboard； Other related task which assigned by supervisor;
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering and 4 years of supply chain experience or HS diploma and 8 years of product quality/supply chain experience 2. Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes 3. Strong communication skills, verbal and written 4. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc. Qualifications Required: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Completed all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Knowledge and understanding of production process work instruction and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications 5. Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs
Desired Characteristics: 1. Green Belt Certified 2. Lean manufacturing experience 3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams 4. Demonstrated analytical, process management skills
